Design

NetCutter5 is built in stainless steel and aluminum. Three powerful hydraulic motors pull ropes through the machine, tension net and rotate knife blades.

NetCutter5 has electronic control, improved safety features and a robust height adjustable stand. Optional with hydraulic lift for easy adaptations to operators of different height.

Speed is controlled by foot pedal which also acts as a dead man switch.

Optional is an assistant pedal to improve safety when two persons are operating the machine.

The machine has easy access to to cleaning and maintenance of knifes and rollers by simply opening the front.

NetCutter is powered by a hydraulic power unit and adapt the hydraulic pressure to the load. Overpressure protection is integrated.
